Instructions for Making Returns
Simply call our customer service department at 01 6688244 to initiate your return. We will provide you with the address of our nearest depot to which the return should be made. Please do not return any packages to us, until we provide you with the address of your nearest depot. Sending your package to the wrong address could invalidate your replacement policy.

Returns can be made providing that all items are still in their original pre-purchase condition. They must also be returned in the original packaging and include any accessories that were included at the time of delivery. Any items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.

It is vital that when returning items to us, that they are in their original packaging, remembering to include a note with your name, address, phone number and enclosing a copy of your original invoice. You will be credited once we receive the returned merchandise, and have verified that they are still in their original condition. The Customer is always responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped to you in error, or if it was damaged in transit, then please contact our customer service department so we can resolve the problem. However, please understand that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
